  1. I avoided eating in the dining halls for as long as I could.
  2. I had bought my textbooks 2 weeks early but didn't even open them.
  3. One week in and I'm just now figuring out what I need to read.
  4. Drinking coffee in the afternoons just to finish my day.
  5. Drinking coffee at all.
  6. I couldn't stand to have pants on when it wasn't necessary.
  7. I had to put clothes on to use the bathroom.
  8. The 1 ply crappy toilet paper.
  9. The girl next to me in the shower when the curtains don't close all the way.
  10. Needing to have flips flops to even get in the shower in the first place.
  11. Communal showers in general.
  12. My body was sore just walking to my first class.
  13. I took daily naps when I could afford to.
  14. Still taking them even when I couldn't.
  15. Realizing I have to pay to do my laundry again.
  16. Actually doing my own laundry.
  17. I couldn't lay around in bed all day watching netflix.
  18. Having to walk to get food.
  19. Not having my parents to cook for me.
  20. Not being able to cook myself except what I can do with a microwave.
  21. Looking at the books surrounding me and wondering what class they are even for.
  22. Needing a key or card just to get into my room adding inconvenience.
  23. Having more freedoms, but having more responsibility.
  24. Not being able to drive anymore with no car.
  25. I can't be lazy anymore.
