As part of the curriculum, the university that I attended requires all the students to take specific prerequisites, complete large amounts of assignments or labs, finish long essays, take brutal midterms and final exams that are often non-cumulative. To continue the tradition of problems within educational institutions, a majority of the food is expensive, parking can become a pain, and the place is littered with disgusting cigarettes buds. As spring arrives and nearly everything gets canceled due to the disastrous coronavirus, I reveal the questions that Stony Brook Seawolves want to have answered. While the students are staying home to remain safe from COVID-19, their minds will be filled with the questions that cannot be found on any exam.
1. Why are the two sides named "West and East Campus" instead of "Main Campus" and "Hospital Complex"
Keep things more simple.
2. Why doesn't the South P Lot have a bathroom?
Seriously, there already is a bus stop and vending machine.
3. Why is the stadium named after an 80 year old NYS Senator that students do not like?
I thought students agreed that the name should be changed.
4. Is the chapel and religious areas located on the 5th floor of the library because it's closer to heaven and was the Amazon store put in the basement since corporations are evil?
This is true.
5. Why is the mascot just a wolf and not a fish-wolf combination if we are the Seawolves?
What exactly is a Seawolf, is it some kind of wolf and fish creature?

Is it supposed to make students feel saner?

Is there treasure buried underground?
9. What is the point of parking passes when there is almost no place to park?
I am sure there are spaces available during the drive-in movies each semester.
10. Why can't the fun and easy courses be 20 minutes longer and the boring and difficult courses be 20 minutes shorter?
It will result in less stress and more participation.
11. Why can't students get back all the money they paid for textbooks after returning them?
Where is the money?

More than 5 weeks is too long.

That would be the STEM courses. I have no problem with Art, English, Journalism, and Humanities classes.
14. Why does registering for courses always instill the same fear in students as Cyber Monday?
Does everything have to be a competition here?
15. When is the Student Activity Center going to be renamed "Snacking And Chilling"
Besides general body meetings for clubs/organizations and fundraisers, that's about it.
16. Exactly how many additional buildings is the university planning on adding to this campus?
They surpassed Monopoly at this point.
17. Why are students required to take two foreign language classes when they can just read books, get tutored or watch YouTube videos to learn about reading, writing, listening, and speaking a foreign language fluently?
Dinero that is why.
18. When are courses involving programming, investing, public speaking, health, computer repair and other important things going to be listed as electives that students do not have to pay extra for?
Things that will prepare students for the real world should be taught in college.
19. Can students that have a high GPA work on campus in exchange for free tuition?
Knowledge or experience does not pay the bills.
20. When are students going to start receiving a list of companies and departments currently hiring, along with their diplomas?
This should be a gift to students after everything they went through and all the money spent.
21. Can students get free sporting event tickets if 80-90% of the class get an "B" or "A" on the midterm?
It might encourage students to work harder.
22. When are students who spent hours planning big events or festivals on campus going to receive a discount on their tuition?
CSA and Student Engagement and Activities make it possible.

They really broke the think tank with that one.

Has anyone else noticed?
25. When students get accepted can you give them 5 months notice instead of 3 to give them the opportunity to get their paperwork ready, purchase the right supplies/books online and possibly throw a party?
Just need a little more time please.
