I know it's still November, but I'm a Christmas person. Once Halloween is over, I consider it Christmas season. November 1st is the first day of Christmas in my book. There are people who will argue with me and say that Thanksgiving is the best because we get to stuff our faces with good food and dress nicely just to go to the living room, and while I think that Thanksgiving is fun, it's nothing compared to Christmas.

Whatever your favorite holiday is, I think that we can all agree that Christmas has some pretty awesome songs. Here are 25 Christmas songs that you can blast on repeat every day in December until Christmas.

1. "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas" - Michael Bublé

2. "All I Want for Christmas is You" - Mariah Carey

3. "Let it Snow" - Frank Sinatra

4. "Jingle Bell Rock" - Brenda Lee

5. "Little Drummer Boy" - Ray Charles

6. "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch" - Thurl Ravenscroft

7. "Carol of the Bells" - Trans-Siberian Orchestra

8. "Baby It's Cold Outside" - Idina Menzel and Michael Bublé

9. "Sleigh Ride" - Leroy Anderson

10. "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town" - Bruce Springsteen

11. "Last Christmas" - Taylor Swift

12. "White Christmas" - The Drifters

13. "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" - Michael Bublé

14. "Mele Kalikimaka" - Bing Crosby and The Andrews Sisters

15. "Feliz Navidad" - Jose Feliciano

16. "O Holy Night" - Celine Dion

17. "Christmas Song" - Alvin and the Chipmunks

18. "Where Are You Christmas?" - Faith Hill

19. "Do You Hear What I Hear?" - Carrie Underwood

20. "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" - The Jackson 5

21. "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" - Destiny's Child

22. "Jingle Bells" - Frank Sinatra

23. "Deck the Halls" - Nat King Cole

24. "Hallelujah" - Pentatonix

25. "Holly Jolly Christmas" - Holly Jolly Christmas

Full disclosure--these aren't in any order. I'm not saying "Hallelujah" by the Pentatonix is the worst of these songs, and I'm not saying that "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas" by Michael Bublé is the best song on this list (let's be real, we all know the best Christmas song is "All I Want for Christmas is You" by Mariah Carey).

I'm also not saying that these are the only artists who sing these songs, I'm just saying that I like the Taylor Swift version better than Wham!'s version of "Last Christmas." I know that Christmas isn't the only holiday at this time of the year, but holidays are about spreading cheer and happiness to everyone, no matter what they do or don't celebrate. Let's remember to be kind to each other this holiday season, and maybe that will continue after New Year's Eve and 2018 will be the year that everyone settles their differences peacefully.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
