Finals are upon us, aka the most stressful time of the year. It can be difficult to focus on finals when all you can think about is winter break; it can also be stressful. Here’s what to do when things go overboard and you feel like you could literally rip your hair out.

- Write (for fun).
- Read (for pleasure).
- Get coffee with a friend.
- Buy yourself dinner instead of going to the dining hall again.
- Drink water.
- Take a long shower.
- Do a face mask.
- Meditate.
- Clean your room.
- Organize something.
- Turn off your phone for the day.
- Reward yourself for studying or finishing finals.
- Take breaks.
- Eat a snack.
- Do yoga.
- Exercise.
- Have a dance party jam session in your room.
- Bake something.
- Take a Christmas movie break.
- Remind yourself that it will all be worth it in the end and it will be over before you know it.
