Our lives can be so stressful when it comes to school and work that when satisfying things happen, we genuinely enjoy them even when they are the simplest, most basic things.

1. Warm clothes straight out of the dryer.

Especially when you're getting ready early in the morning and the warmth of clothes brings joy to your otherwise dull early morning routine.

2. Opening a new jar of peanut butter.

The creamy-ness, the smoothness, the perfection.

3. Using pore strips.

When you get all the nasty grime hidden beneath your pores, it's as if your pores have received a beautiful transformation with just one painful pull of a pore strip.

4. Shaving.

Especially during winter when it's been a few days since you last shaved and your legs finally don't feel like they have a blanket of hair on them.

5. Realizing you have more time to sleep in the morning.

I've randomly woken up at 3:30 am and only have to wake up at 7:30 am. Winning.

6. When you first walk on fresh snow.

Probably the one satisfaction I get out of snow. Other than that, the cold and how wet it gets isn't very appealing.

7. Perfectly folded clothes.

Nothing like a nice closet that is both clean and satisfying.

8. Newly cut hair.

9. Color coordination.

Color coordinated anything, clothes, books, shoes, etc., is visually extremely satisfying.

10. Boxes that fit perfectly in other boxes.

It's like they were always meant for each other *cries*.

11. Watching crepes being made.

My question is how does the chef perfectly spread the crepe batter onto the hot plate into a perfectly round circle? Absolutely divine.

12. A perfect whipped cream top.

Anything that requires a whipped cream top must have the PERFECT whipped cream top.

13. Popping bubble wrap.

Feeling the pop of the bubble wrap under my finger as well as the sound of it could entertain me for hours on end.

14. Ironing/steaming clothes.

Seeing the stubborn wrinkles finally come out of clothes by ironing or steaming can instantly improve any mood because after your look looks completely flawless.

15. Wrapping presents perfectly.

What's better than receiving a present? Having it perfectly wrapped in beautiful wrapping paper.

16. Things that are perfectly stacked.

That skill and finesse.

17. Completing a Rubix cube.

Could never complete any of these when I was little, but watching someone else complete it was extremely enjoyable.

18. Perfect scoop of ice cream.

Nothing better than ice cream but having it extremely eye-pleasing makes it that much more great.

19. The melting and smell of butter.

The smell and look of melting butter is almost as pleasing as the smell and look of the food you're cooking with it.

20. A brand new book.

The feel and look of a brand new book just makes you want to read the book that much more.

21. The smell of a brand new car.

I probably spent too much time in my car when I first got it just because it smelled so amazing.

22. Perfectly round pizza.

Pizza itself is amazing, but when it is the perfect pizza, it is that much more amazing.

23. Sizzling of bacon.

Who doesn't love all the stages of bacon?

24. French fries frying in a deep fryer.

Nothing better than crisp fries right out of the fryer.
