23 Thoughts I Can't Help But Have Watching 'The Bachelorette'
AB

Every week in the summer and winter I know that Monday nights are for being with friends and playing silly drinking games and eating good food. Most gals my age know that even though these two shows are actual trash, it's a time for us to bond and catch up on our lives and just be around each other. The Bachelor and The Bachelorette are more than just a T.V. show, they're comedic gold.

1. If I were the Bachelorette, my big intro would be me sitting in a bath full of pizza and wine, holding so many puppies.

2. So, how many of them are going to cry tonight?

3. Peter is way too pure for this.

4. Dear Peter, please leave the show and be with me. Sincerely, EVERYONE.

5. Kenny and Lee? More like two Sharpay Evans’ fighting each other.

6. I really hope Adam’s doll gets a rose tonight, fingers crossed!

7. Let’s take shots every time one of the guys talks about how amazing of a journey this experience has been so far.

8. Why won’t my cat watch with me?

9. I’ve found Jesse McCartney’s Doppelganger.

10. I could take Kenny in a fight. Maybe I’ll challenge him to a Viking duel.

11. The way Rachel’s hair drys in a matter of seconds… it’s Sorcery!

12. I mean, if you’re not going to eat the food that’s right in front of you, I might as well.

13. I have to watch TLC for a second, this is way too cringe worthy for my millennial brain to handle right now.

14. Peter can propose right about now, I’m really okay with that I promise.

15. Of all reality shows to watch, the one with unrealistic love life expectations is the one I choose. That would happen to me.

16. How is it possible for a human to be this badass?!

17. My new spirit animal is Rachel not giving a damn about anything ever.

18. Where did you get that dress?

19. Peter + hot tub = the reason I don’t have a social life.

20. Nothing is as cringeworthy as that strange man flashing Rachel and Eric

21. I really need something to drink.

22. So many jokes, so little time.

23. This show is actual trash but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to stop watching.

Though I know this show probably isn’t the best use of my time, I’m too dedicated to my Monday nights to stop. Many a times I’ve questioned the morality of the producers on this show and many a times I’ve wondered whether or not me watching it is just feeding into the reason it’s still around. I also think that a guilty pleasure like this crazy ass show is okay to have. So much controversy surrounds The Bachelorette and all of its sister shows but to be honest, that’s not going to stop me from tuning in on Monday nights. Every week in the summer and winter I know that Monday nights are for being with friends and playing silly drinking games and eating good food. It’s super important to understand that a lot of the contestants who are on the show really do understand how demanding the show is. Putting every negative aside, you can’t argue with the fact that it’s incredibly entertaining and the perfect guilty pleasure. All you have to do is embrace the trashy.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
