Although it’s not summer yet, we just absolutely love the clothing style trends of the spring that will only continue to rollover into the summer season! With recent events such as the Met Gala and Coachella, it has given us an obvious idea of what will be popular in the months to come. Each one of these options gives you the opportunity to add your personal touch, and that’s what we favor the most!

Modern-day and daring

At the 2016 Met Gala we were wowed by what was brought to the table when the theme of “Fashion in the Age of Technology” was executed. This ball is a fashion statement in itself, and there were many celebrities that undeniably killed it. Once we saw Taylor Swift’s Bad Blood video, we knew she probably had this in the bag, and she definitely passed expectations. She showed off her chic bleach blonde bob while slaying in Louis Vuitton. Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik accompanied Taylor Swift’s bold look with their choice of Tommy Hilfiger and Versace. We love the dark and edgy, yet modern themed ideas the Met Gala have given us.

People are roaring about Kendall Jenner’s bralette she wore to Coachella and so am I. Today, less is more! Victoria’s Secret’s recent collection has a new little twist which can be sported in this upcoming summer season. Bralettes have become an essential to several outfits and VS is giving us several new options to choose from.

Too cool in crochet

What beach trips do you have planned? More importantly, what are you packing in your bag? This season we are combining crochet and high neck, and I couldn’t be more pumped. Lace up tops have become quite the fashion statement these past few months. Something as simple as a black lace up shirt is the perfect necessity for a simple, yet stylish occasion like Olivia Holt showed us at Coachella while pairing it with a cute high-waist denim short. Not only are we dealing with lace up at the top, but also it’s following us to the bottom. Lace up sandals, espadrilles, and other shoe styles are incorporating the tie up option and I love it.
