5. So you finally go to check your messages and you can’t keep up because everyone continues texting and it just automatically scrolls to the bottom.

6. When you really want to escape a group chat but don’t feel like being that person, so you stick it out.

7. When the group is larger than it should be and everyone is texting at all, at once.

8. Someone is probably pissed that everyone is talking about irrelevant nonsense 98 percent of the time.

9. When someone adds you to a group chat full of phone numbers you’ve never seen before and it just kind of feels like the first day of school not knowing anyone.

10. But then you introduce yourselves via group chat and realize you are pretty good pals but have never exchanged phone numbers.

11. When you’re confused and ask what everyone is talking about but they just blatantly ignore you and continue their convo.

12. You send four different selfies in the group chat demanding everyone pick their favorite and bring on the captions for Insta.

13. And there is always that one friend who just calls you ugly because they think they are hilarious.

14. When someone we all dislike posts something, that person is immediately demolished in the group chat within the first second seconds of the photo being up.

15. When you text the group chat and 0/6 people respond.

16. There’s that one friend who still has yet to get an iPhone so all of the messages are green and you can’t title the chat.

17. If you’re ever feeling the need to vent, your girls in the chat are there every step of the way.

18. There is always that one person who breaks up their sentences into four different messages creating havoc.

19. Your group chat title changes every week.

20. It’s probably a chat full of your besties and you wouldn't want it any other way.
