Working out isn’t always the easiest thing to be motivated to do.
However, it is important to do so when you can to keep up an active lifestyle. Personally, I have to hype myself up by listening to music while I walk to the gym in order to get me excited.
Once I am there, I stay enlivened by my personalized playlist of energized songs that make it slightly easier to run those miles. I thought that I’d share what works for me and maybe you will at least get one song that you can exercise to.
