"Grey’s Anatomy" is everyone's “binge-watch” television show. It has romance, drama, lessons, tears and successes all throughout it and it never gets old. There are many great aspects of Grey’s and in a way it kind of shapes your life.
After hearing about it for years, I finally started watching. I went on a Netflix binge this past summer and before I knew it, it was two weeks later and I was already on season nine of 11 seasons (eventful summer, I know).
After binge-watching 11 seasons of "Grey's Anatomy" I can officially say that I never thought I'd learn so much from the show or be interested in it at all — but boy was I wrong.
I can easily say I, and many others, are hooked to this show — and here are 20 reasons we know we are addicted.
1. You spell gray with an E.
2. You wish you and your friends could hang out at Joe's Bar.
3. Standing on air vents helps you relax.
4. You have bailey's five rules memorized.
5. You want a pair of Heely's just because Arizona had them.
6. You just want Alex Karev to have his happy ending.
7. Your parents ask you to do something and you automatically think, "Isn't there an intern that can do that?"
8. You get the hiccups and you think you are going to die.
9. You refer to your best friend as "your person."
10. You think of George O'Malley when you hear 007, instead of James Bond.
11. You feel "Dark and Twisty" inside.
12. You consider the Grey's Cast to be your second family.
13. You know when someone goes into "B Fib" you always "Push One of Epi."
14. When you are stressed out, all you want is a 30-second dance party.
15. You act like every butter knife could be a scalpel.
16. You wish you were roommates with Izzie, George and Meredith.
17. You are still trying to figure out how McDreamy's hair stays so perfect in Seattle where it always rains.
18. Whenever you are having a good or bad day, all you want to do is drink tequila with Meredith and Cristina.
19. Even after watching 11 seasons of characters dying, you still aren't over the first Grey's death of Denny.
20. You would rather watch "Grey's Anatomy" than do anything else.
Always Remember: it is a beautiful day for some "Grey's."
