Reading is a quite a pleasure for many, and literature just plain makes the world a better place. However, some readers are more zealous than others. You might know them as the ones who have more books than shelf space, who cry over the deaths of fictional characters, and who keep a book in their bag at all times. Yes, these are bookworms. There are some problems that only bookworms will understand.

1. Being Interrupted While Reading Is The Worst.

You're in a completely different world when your nose is buried in those pages, and we all need that escape from reality sometimes. Just don't talk when the book is open, okay?

2. You Can Spend Hours at a Bookstore.

The smell of books, the peaceful atmosphere and the abundance of books. There are so many possibilities. What will be your next adventure? These decisions take time to make!

3. Certain Things Always Have To Wait Until You Finish This Chapter...

"One more chapter," you thought, four chapters ago. Oh well, I'll clean the house tomorrow.

4. You Just Wanted To Read For a Few Minutes... and the Next Thing You Knew The Whole Day Was Gone.

OK, so your adult responsibilities might have to wait another day... no big deal...

5. You Get Overly Attached to Fictional Characters.

They might not be real, but their books are moving and powerful. We find ourselves personally invested in their fate, because they have given us so much through their stories.

6. Waiting For the Paperback to Come Out Because Hardcover Books are Too Expensive.

Waiting to read a book you've been anticipating for months, sometimes years, is like torture.

7. Waiting For the Next Book in a Series.

Why do authors like cliffhangers so much?!?

8. When Your Favorite Series Ends.

It's like saying goodbye to a best friend. Now what will fill the void?

9. Your "To Read" List Is Always Growing.

Will there ever be enough time to read all of the great literature available to us?

10. People Actually Think e-readers Can Replace Printed Books.

E-books are great, but there's nothing like holding a real book in your hands. And don't forget that wonderful old book smell that a tablet can never replace.

11. Sometimes You Stay Up All Night to Finish a Book.

It just happens. Sometimes you'd rather finish your book than be mentally present for life the next day.

12. Authors Seem to Be Trying to Crush Our Hearts.

Authors often kill our favorite characters, break our hearts, or any number of cruel acts. Yet we always come back for more...

13. When a Book is So Good You Don't Want to Finish It.

You couldn't set it down and now you've almost finished it, but you just realized you aren't emotionally prepared to say goodbye to these characters.

14. Secondhand Embarrassment When a Character From Your Book Does Something Awkward.

It's almost worse than if the awkwardness were happening to you.

15. There is Never Enough Shelf Space.

Your collection seems to be growing a little too fast, but you can't possibly say goodbye to any of your lovely books!

16. When The Movie Adaptation of the Book Misses Critical Details.

Movies simply don't have time to capture every critical detail of a book, and sometimes it can be disappointing when your favorite scenes don't make the cut in the films.

17. Sometimes Other People Just Don't Get It.

Others may not understand why we live in fantasy worlds and harbor unrealistic expectations, but that is the price of being a bookworm. Yet there is nothing we would trade for it, because books have taught us so much and provided escape when we needed it most.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
