I know, I know. Dogs have the glorious title of "man's best friend." BUT. Not everyone is a dog-lover. Some people don't even remotely like dogs. And while I'm an equal-opportunity pet owner, I'm partial to the one and only animal that understands me: CATS. This one's for the cat-enthusiasts, the cat-obsessed, and the cat lovers everywhere. Here's a few things only YOU get.

1. Every cat has its own brand of sass, just like us.

2. Cats really just don't care and it's GREAT. If I want to wear sweatpants and a baggy shirt, my cats pay no mind.

3. Nothing beats a cat in your lap.

4. Except a whole bunch of cats in your lap.

5. Cats are the perfect cuddle buddies.

6. It is not unreasonable to chase after stray cats in hopes that they will let you love them.

7. And get irrationally sad when they run away, even though you expected that.

8. You have 1, 2, or 15 cats. There is no in between.

9. It makes no sense to you when your friends tell you they don't like cats. How did you ever become friends?

10. It's like the stars aligned, though, when you meet someone new that loves cats as much as you do.

11. It's okay when you have to rearrange your life to work around your cat.

12. Or get ready to go somewhere.

13. Sometimes your cat wakes you up at strange hours of the night to play with your feet.

14. Or bite your nose.

15. But that's okay, because you love them and know they secretly love you back.

Go love on your cat, and never ever forget how much they mean to you. (Even if they judge you while you take selfies with them.)
