It's tough being a wizard in a muggle world, but one thing we know for sure is that no matter the Harry Potter fan, we all have had some serious feels from the series. From when Harry was just an ordinary boy living in a closet under the stairs, to when we read the epilogue in the seventh book, JK Rowling has written many events and sitautions in the books that have made us stop and giggle, cry or scream. Here are 15 reactions every Harry Potter fan has had.

1. When Dobby died.


2. When Universal made The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.


3. When Harry met Luna Lovegood and we immediately fell in love with her.


4. When Snape turned out to be good.

but then-


5. When Fred died.


6. When Hermione and Ron finally kissed.


7. Umbridge.


8. When Pottermore sorted us into our Hogwarts house.


9. When Neville stood up to Voldemort.


10. When "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them" was announced.


11. When we tasted butterbeer for the first time.


12. When we realized the Elder Wand was actually Harry's.


13. When we found fanfiction about Harry Potter.


14. When Harry Potter and the Cursed Child book/play was announced.


15. Just Hagrid because, well, Hagrid.


Even after all of that, there are still more things in the series that we love, hate or are surprised by. Harry Potter was a character that most millennials grew up with and his story has touched many people. I know that I will never forget this series and how it made me wish for my own acceptance letter to Hogwarts. The series was truly magical. I can't wait for the day when the Harry Potter series will be considered classic literature, but until that day, we will keep dreaming of dragons, mermaids, and Hogwarts.

It's easy to say that JK Rowling has accomplished much in her series and will accomplish much more in the coming works. I can't wait to see what new adventures we will take with old and new characters alike!
