Though “Friday Night Lights” has been over for quite some time now, I still can’t help but envision myself cuddled up next to a fire with Tim Riggins, while he whispers "Texas Forever" in my ear. While there are countless explanations why #33, the hottest running back the Dillion Panthers ever had, would be the perfect Valentine, I made a list of 14 of the most logical reasons:
1. He's a great listener.
It may just be the way he'll stare at you and pretend to listen, but I'll take it.
2. He'll always supply the beer.
Because let's be real, wherever there's Tim Riggins, there's beer. And he's always willing to share.
3. He can fix your car.
Although I may not be comfortable bringing my car to Billy at Riggins Rigs, I would definitely be OK with leaving the job up to Tim, especially if he'll be rocking out like this while he's at it.
4. He will always keep you safe.
If he can save Julie Taylor from a Tornado in a grocery store, he can pretty much protect you in any situation.
5. He's great with children.
6. He's a softie.
Even though he may come off as such a bad boy, you know deep down inside he just wants to cuddle.
7. He looks great in the morning.
Nothing would make me happier than waking up to Tim Riggins and his cowboy hat on Valentine's Day.
8. He's spontaneous.
From a quick tickle sesh in his trailer home to a week trip to Mexico with Street, he's always very unpredictable.
9. He'll always tell you the truth.
10. He's a great brother.
How could we ever forget about Tim taking the blame and going to jail for Billy so he could raise his child?

You can definitely bring him home to your parents. But be careful, he might fall for your mom.
12. He can take anything that's thrown at him...literally.
If he can catch a football, he can take a little bit of attitude sometimes.
13. He's a great friend.
No matter how much Street and Tim have gone through, they stood by each others side through it all. A friendship that strong is one to admire.
14. He hates goodbyes.
After being with him, you won't want to say goodbye either, I mean look at that face.
