13 Signs You're In A Committed Relationship With Coffee

As many couples prepare for February 14 with their sig others, and single souls prepare to pretend the day isn't happening this year or for a Galentine's evening full of sisterly love. Then there are the few and the proud who are preparing for yet another day with the best beverage on Earth - coffee. Coffee (the superior beverage in the morning), is always there when we need it. It warms us up in the winter and quenches that summer afternoon thirst. Thanks to the versatility of the cup of joe, coffee is always there for you when you need it, in anyway shape or form. From frappuccinos, to lattes, to black coffee, coffee serves you a smile and a hug in a cup anytime you need it.

1. You spend your day thinking about it.

Coffee never fails to put a smile on your face.

2. You wake up with it on your mind.

With coffee, anything is possible. Even waking up at 6 a.m.

3. It's the reason you get out of bed in the morning. And the only thing that keeps you up and moving throughout the day.

Maybe it's even what keeps you sane.

4. Your travel mug, or favorite coffee shop to-go cup, is your arm candy.

It doesn't matter where it's from, it is your go-to accessory at any time of the day.

5. Your coffee has all the sugar and sweetness you need while still being a little bitter when necessary.

Coffee has multiple personalities to support you in the best way possible.

7. It's always there to cheer you on and encourage you to keep on keeping on.

Coffee is right there beside you every step of the way.

8. Other people try to be a part of your relationship, but you're the only one who knows coffee the way you do.

Sorry, but this relationship is just for two.

9. You can't even make it a whole day without it.

The headaches and lack of focus when you spend too long apart... and are only curable by the sweet nectar of coffee.

10. You'll do anything to be reunited with it again.

Ain't no mountain high enough, ain't no valley low enough, ain't no river wide enough to keep me from getting to you, coffee.

11. You somehow fit "coffee" into every conversation you have.

Some people might say it's irrelevant, but it is your life.

12. Your friends understand that you and coffee are tied at the hip.

People expect to see you together 24/7.

13. Most of all, you can run to coffee with all of your shambles and it will make you whole again.

Coffee is always there to hold your hand and help you rebuild after a tough day.

Other people just don't understand the relationship we have with coffee. While some may be sitting at home, wishing for someone to spend this Tuesday with, we get to know that our committed relationship with coffee is the only one we truly need. Coffee, thank you for being my forever Valentine.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
