Not only is House sometimes a condescending ass, but he has more wisdom than I could ever imagine. Through watching the show not only have we seen him struggle with the stresses and pains of life, but we've also seen him blatantly tell the truth and just how life works. Regardless of anyone's opinion, he isn't afraid to say it how it is!

Just like House everyone of us has had the harsh reality of life, set in one time or another. People aren’t always great and life isn’t always going to go your way.
