The popular television show, "Friends," debuted in 1994 and ended in 2004 shared the life of six iconic friends. These six friends went through all the ups and downs that 20-somethings to 30-somethings can possibly go through. Ross, Rachel, Chandler, Monica, Joey, and Phoebe taught everyone what it means to be a true friend in times of trouble and times of happiness.
1. It’s okay to leave home.

In season one, Ross went through a lot of heartbreak watching Rachel date because he was too scared to tell her that he loves her.
4. You are going to have at least one crazy roommate in your life and it’s okay to ask them to leave.
When Joey moved out, Chandler got the crazy intense roommate, Eddie. And although Chandler tried to make it work, he had to ask Eddie to leave which proved to be a challenge as well, but made it work.
5. You should always support your friends.
When Monica gets a bad review at her restaurant, Ross goes out and tries to grab all the newspapers in the neighborhood so she won’t see it.

Phoebe’s songs can be really out there and many people don’t like them, but she does not let what others think change the way she does things because then it would not be hers.
