I often feel more organized after I write done something that is on my mind, whether it is a list, idea or just a random thought.It also helps you not forget things.

3.it becomes kinda fun and almost therapeutic.

In other words, it becomes good for you.

4. It can eliminate stress.

You empty your mind—by capturing everything that comes to it.

5.  Writing can help get you through tough moments faster.

Some research has suggested that writing about what is happening helps a person overcome tough moments quicker than the people who don't.

6. Memories will be easier to access later on.

Because they were written down.

7. It leads to clearer thinking and communication.

I honestly do some of my best communication through writing.

In an era when texting and tweeting are the main vehicles for communication, many people find that their mental word banks are dwindling in favor of creative ways to condense thoughts into as few words as possible.

9. If you are writing by hand, it can calm the body and your nerves.

That makes it perfect as something to do at night before you go to sleep.

When you're feeling sad or stressed, sometimes materializing your thoughts by writing them out can be an amazing therapy.
