11 Ways You Haven't Heard The "Star Wars" Soundtrack
Star Wars music

At this point it's safe to say we've all heard the famous "Star Wars" music. You may have heard it as a soundtrack to the movie or walking through a JC Penney department store on a Tuesday. It's everywhere. But I bet you haven't heard these unique renditions of the same songs created by "Star Wars" fans themselves.

1. "Star Wars" Medley (Violin Cover) - Taylor Davis

Not only does Taylor Davis play an awesome cover of the Star Wars theme on her violin, she wears fantastic costumes portraying both the dark and the light side of the force while doing it.

2. "Star Wars" - Ultimate Piano Medley - Sonya Belousova

Watch as Sonya Belousova plays the Star Wars Medley on a Millenium Falcon piano.

3. John Williams Tribute Orchestra

Darth Vader attempts to seduce an entire orchestra of young fans to the dark side by conducting the main theme song.

4. "The Imperial March" on Piano

Watch and listen to a stormtrooper dutifully playing Vader's theme song on the piano. Skip to 00:56 if you don't want to sit through a Storm Trooper trying to get comfortable on a piano bench.

5. "Star Wars" Medley - Harp Twins - Camille and Kennerly

These twins rock the Star Wars Medley with their harps as they travel through various planets as Jedi, Padme's, and even Ewoks.

6. Pentatonix - "Star Wars" Tribute

You may have missed it, so here it is. Han Solo himself introduces the a cappella group, Pentatonix, before they begin their performance of the Star Wars theme at the 2015 American Music Awards.

7. "Star Wars" Tribute - Rob Landes ft. Jake Justice

These two use both piano and violin to create a haunting cover of the famous film score, and they do it in the middle of a familiar desert landscape.

8. "Star Wars" Main Theme - Galactic Empire

You won't be disappointed by the musical abilities of these five villains as they add a heavy metal twist to the well-known piece. Wait until 1:39 for some dark humor.

9. "Star Wars" Medley - Jimmy Fallon, The Roots & "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" Cast

I hope you didn't miss this. Jimmy Fallon, The Roots, and the actors who brought characters like Kylo Ren, Captain Phasma, and General Organa to life collaborate to make a pretty sweet version of the medley.

10. Cello Wars ("Star Wars" Parody) Lightsaber Duel - ThePianoGuys

These guys have a lightsaber duel with their cellos and create an amazing cover of the song at the same time. Oh yeah, and Darth Vader plays the accordion at 2:03.

11. "Star Wars" Medley - Lindsey Stirling & Peter Hollens

These two create a wonderful version of the medley using only their voices and a violin while humorously re-enacting scenes from the movies. We can all relate to what goes down at 4:27.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
