11 Things I'm Tired of Seeing on Facebook

I can admit, I am just another "Facebook whore" who creeps on anyone that I encounter and goes through everyone's old pictures, relationships, and end up on your boyfriend's dad's uncle's page because I'm weird. But honestly, I'm losing faith in humanity each time I go onto my Facebook app because of the statuses, shares, and grammatically incorrectness of whatever is said. So here goes.. The things I'm tired of seeing on Facebook.

1. Political debates about Bernie Sanders, Donald Trump, and of course Hillary Clinton. Please. Keep. Your. Opinions. To. Yourself. Thanks.

2. Bathroom issues. Transgenders are PEOPLE. THEY ARE HUMANS who can read, feel, and honestly just want to be themselves. So why is the bathroom the individual decides to use JUST NOW a problem? Can't we all just let them pee in peace and worry about all the other sick human beings out in the world that are really hurting someone or breaking the law? Because the last time I checked, their private life is none of anyone else's business.

3. High School Drama. Geez. Do I have to say any more? If you are OUT of high school, keep your drama to your llama.

4. Statuses with grammar errors. HOLY. CRAP. Did some of my friends really graduate from high school? Sorry not sorry. There needs to be a spell check option when we update our statuses.

5. Pictures that are inappropriate. Pictures of yourself that are risky, with your significant other making out with you, or pictures that will get you in trouble. Professionalism, people. I hope you never want a career if you post pictures like that.

6. Money. Nobody wants to see your wad of cash that you made last week. It doesn't make you any "cooler" or any "richer" to take pictures of your twenties and fifties. It just shows your friends that you carry cash and you don't mind people knowing it. I wouldn't want everyone knowing that.

7. Drug paraphernalia. I think I've unfriended multiple people who take pictures of their weed or share pictures of it. Professionalism, people.

8. Statuses about the weather. Most of your friends are living in the same township as you are. They are aware of the weather and if it's snowing, raining, sunny, or whatever Mother Nature decided on today.

9. Videos of people beating animals. DON'T SHARE THAT CRAP AND THEN JUST NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. It makes me sad.

10. People who complain about being poor and not able to pay for bills... But have money to blow on partying and items that are far less important than having water, a place to sleep, and food. Priorities, guys.

11. People who complain about their children. Bad parenting really gets me going. If you are going to complain about your kids than instead of having children try using a reliable contraceptive. Children are only a reflection of the environment they are in and the people they are around. AND INFANTS CRY, GET UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, AND NEED 24/7 ATTENTION.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
