Everyone knows who the late great Robin Williams was. He was an amazing soul that our world lost far too soon. Even though we can't still enjoy his lovely impressions and stand-up comedy, we can look back and share his memory by thinking about his famous quotes from movies over the years.

1. "Dead Poets Society"

"Seize the day. 'Gather ye rosebuds while ye may...' Each and every one of us in this room is going to stop breathing, turn cold and die... Carpe diem. Seize the day, boys. Make your lives extraordinary."

2. "Hook"

Granny Wendy: “So... your adventures are over.”
Peter Banning: “Oh, no. To live... to live would be an awfully big adventure.”

3. "Mrs. Doubtfire"

" But if there’s love, dear... those are the ties that bind, and you’ll have a family in your heart, forever. "

4. "Good Will Hunting"

“If I asked you about love, you’d probably quote me a sonnet, but you’ve never looked at a woman and been totally vulnerable. Known someone that could level you with her eyes. Feelin’ like God put an angel on Earth just for you, who could rescue you from the depths of hell. — And you wouldn’t know what it’s like to be her angel, to have that love for her be there forever. You don’t know about real loss, ‘cause that only occurs when you love something more than you love yourself.”

5. "What Dreams May Come"

“You have to break in half to love somebody.”

6. "The Birdcage"

“So what? The important thing to remember is not to go to pieces when that happens. You have to react like a man, calmly. You have to say to yourself, ‘Albert, you pierced the toast, so what? It’s not the end of your life.'”

7. "Patch Adams"

“You treat a disease, you win, you lose. You treat a person, I guarantee you, you’ll win, no matter what the outcome.”

8. "Dead Again"

“You take what you’ve learned from this life and use it in the next. That’s karma.”

9. "August Rush"

“What do you want to be in the world? I mean the whole world. What do you want to be? Close your eyes and think about that.”

10. "Night at the Museum"

“Some men are born great; others have greatness thrust upon them.”

11. "World's Greatest Dad"

“I used to think the worst thing in life was to end up all alone. It’s not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people that make you feel all alone.”

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
