Yes, that's right. My cat is my best friend, and I have no shame. I love my friends, don't get me wrong, but nothing beats coming home to my baby's sweet face at the end of the day! Here are a few reasons why my cat and I share the relationship that we do, and possibly you do, too!
1. Nap time is taken seriously.
We can sleep at any time, in any place. And nap time is a MUST.
2. I take more pictures of my cat than I do of myself.
So what if my storage is full on my phone? Every single one of my 100 cat photos are absolutely necessary.
3. You always miss them.
Out of town for three days? Thank God for FaceTime!
4. They participate in all our favorite activities.
He may not look it, but I promise he is excited about Christmas. He's just mad that the box he's sitting in isn't his!
5. They're dog lovers too!
My dog may not be as excited, but the cat seems pretty comfortable to me. And that's all that matters!
6. Personal space? What is that?
There is no "personal bubble" when it comes to cats. Yes, they will climb all over you. Yes, they will fall asleep while you are in the most uncomfortable position. And yes, they will look too cute for you to move them... but does anyone really mind?
7. They cheer us up!

How can you not smile when you look at that face? C'mon.
8. They love food just as much as we do.
If anyone stress eats more than me, it's my cat. Honestly... he just eats all the time, for any reason, at any moment.
9. We can be lazy together.

While we remain busy with our jam-packed schedules, our kitties are at home. Sleeping, eating, playing, napping, and re-doing the whole thing on repeat.
10. They don't judge us, and we don't judge them.
You're weird. Your cat is weird. It's okay. You both love each other anyway.
11. They love us unconditionally... through everything.
The odds are, that you probably irritate the everliving hell out of your cat on the daily. But that's OK, because at the end of the day, they still love you all the same. Especially when no one else would!
