I truly hope you run into more than one Leslie Jones in your lifetime.

Going to college marks a significant milestone in a young person's life. You'll be independent for the first time, living on your own with a roommate or two or three or four or more (bless your heart). You can schedule classes so your day doesn't start until noon. You can eat and drink as much as you want which, of course, comes with its set of consequences. In short, college is an ecosystem worthy of a BBC Nature documentary, and its inhabitants compare to guests on Saturday Night Live's "Weekend Update." So, here are just a few people you'll meet during your time at college.

1. Liam, The Teenager Who Just Woke Up

Starting strong with everyone's favorite sleepy teen: Liam, the teenager who just woke up. You'll see in people in class rocking the disheveled hair. That could even be you! You don't think so? Hahahaha. That's cute.

2. The Girl You Wish You Haven't Started a Conversation With At A Party

She (or he) is not the brightest, although she or he thinks they are. Can you blame them? It's hard to keep up with current news trends and schoolwork. Still, they're hilarious to be around.

3. Steven, the Dell Computer Guy

A parody of those Dell Computer commercials featuring Dell Dude, Dell Computer Guy talks about teen depression and does his best to stay positive. College is tough. There's going to be failures and rejections ahead, and some people take it worse than others. When you see this kid on campus, don't pass judgment on them. They're doing their best, What? I never said this was going to be a lighthearted list.

4. Vladimir Putin's Best Friends From Growing Up

Okay, I know what you're thinking. What kind of people am I going to be meeting in college!? You won't actually meet the Russian dictator's best buds, but you're going to meet someone who acts like these characters. If you've never seen the bit, it's two friends (Vanessa Bayer and Fred Armisen) who praise their best friend (Putin) for being a great guy then in hushed voices mildly trash talk him. Who knows? Maybe you'll befriend these people. Hey, you have to appreciate their hushed honesty.

5. Guy Who Just Bought A Boat

How do you know if you've met this person? Don't worry. They'll tell you. They're also either in a fraternity, an acapella group, or both.

6. Leslie Jones

I truly hope you run into more than one Leslie Jones in your lifetime. They're confident, unapologetic, personable individuals who are not afraid to say what's on their mind. If you don't find the Leslie Jones person at your college, be that Leslie Jones person.

7. Pete Davison, Resident Young Person

Technically, most students in college are resident young people, but Pete Davidson is a certain kind of resident young person. Like Leslie Jones, they're honest, upfront and not afraid to try new things. After all, college is for experimentation (or so they say). They're pretty chill, but you'll know way more about this person than you've ever wanted to know. You have to give them props for the brutal honesty.

8. Kourtney Barnes, Social Media Expert

You know those people who delete their Facebook to cleanse themselves of the evils of social media? You'll certainly find those people preaching that on campus, but your Kourtney Barnes is the exact opposite. She's on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Tumblr, Reddit, Pinterest, you name it. She'll be the girl sharing Viral Thread videos or those minute long Buzzfeed cooking clips, and during election season she'll probably talk about how she doesn't normally talk about politics. Needless to say, you'll see this girl online more than you will on your way to class.

9. Randy Graves

From Sigma Epsilon is fraternity correspondent Randy Graves. You can catch him wearing either a college tee or sweatshirt talking about how many beers he shotgunned in a half hour last night or how many reps he managed to do at the gym. He's not one to look too deeply into anything, but he understands the general gist on most things.

10. Jebidiah Atkinson

You learn a lot in college. You learn how to find your voice and look critically at issues. Because of this, you'll meet a fair amount of Jebidiahs who criticize everything from politics to music to your favorite movie. Fun at parties.

11. Stefon

Simply put, they are the party people. You'll meet or see them social media, posting about how they had the time their life at a given bar or club. Think of any drug. They've most likely taken it. You wonder how they are still alive. You wonder what a typical day must be like for them.

Enjoy frequenting these guests on your campus!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
