Ever feel like grabbing the car keys and taking off into the great unknown? We've all had that feeling. Check out these 11 gifts that are sure to make you want to turn wishful thinking into action. After all, who can stop you?

1. Perhaps this specific cartwheel is not quite done the same way as the cartwheel we all practiced in our backyards when we were seven -- nonetheless, how could this gif not make you want to set sail into unknown territory? These waters are sure to interrupt your normal routine and help you break out into new depths.

2. Do you have a bat suit? Me neither. But this gif sure makes me want to drop by Target and see if they've got any in stock. Sure, we'd all try one of these babies on in front of the mirror, but would you take off down a rocky mountain wearing this flying machine? Same here. Let's head to Target now.

3. For those who didn't get a ride to Target with me to grab the bat suit, do you have a pair of sneakers? Good. Lace those boys up, because hiking is one of the simplest yet liberating ways to add some adventure into your daily routine. Nature is everywhere!

4. Been skydiving before? How spectacular does this gif look? -- it's almost as if the people are floating into the sun of some foreign land. Regardless, I'm down for this planet travel if you are. Let's go fly.

5. I can't say that I am confident in my abilities to soar with a pair of skis as this man is, but I can say that I'm willing to try. Skiing is quite a beautiful way to experience unknown beauty in this life. Take a look at those snow-covered trees and wicked slopes!

6. Yes, this hot air balloon is on fire. Yes, I would like nothing more than to hop in and see what happens next.

7. Surfing? Sure, I'll take a lesson or two... from this guy! Experiencing the breathtaking beauty and exhilaration of these waves is bound to be quite the adventure.

8. Quick, look out your window! Look! See the man with a parachute who's flying? I don't either, but I imagine he'd look something like this. And I also could imagine us attempting this and being completely and utterly happy that we did.

9. Hang gliding may not be on the list of safest adventures, but what's an adventure without a bit of risk? Danger is your middle name, right? Let's be rebels and go fly.

10. Perhaps this looks more like a bad idea than an adventure, but there's more to life than what meets the eye... I might be nervous just watching this risky rock climber, but who's to say it's not at least a little bit fun?

11. Zip lining may be the ultimate adventure -- one must simply sit on their bottom and glide through the forest in order to be successful at it. After all, what's life without a little simplicity?

I hope these 11 gifs of adventure have inspired you to head out into the great unknown and see what wild shenanigans you can get yourself into! Sometimes you've got to be wild, free, and open to new ideas and opportunities in order to find some of the most unexpected adventures of your life. Just remember -- adventure is out there!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
