I'm a huge Disney fan, so I decided to make a list of a few of my top favourite picks!

1. Cinderella

This one is a Disney classic, and one that I've enjoyed watching every since I was a little girl. My favourite scene was always the bubble scene with all the beautiful colours, and the lovely Nightingale song.

2. Peter Pan

When I was little I always had a huge crush on Peter Pan. I used to dream that he'd come through my window and fly me away to Neverland. If I'm being honest I'm still a bit infatuated with him. Haha!

3. Atlantis:The Lost Empire

The whole idea of a city hidden away under the ocean has always fascinated me. The cast of such diverse and hilarious characters had me bewitched every since the first time I watched it!

4. Aladdin

I have always loved the movie Aladdin with all the fun songs, great characters, and overall up beat vibe. Genie, voiced by the late Robin Williams, is one of my favorite Disney characters. I mean it's hard to be a quirky character like that, especially when he sings the iconic song Friend Like Me.

5. Mulan

I have always loved Mulan's strength, and her perseverance over her obstacles. She is such a strong female character and I always admired her. Plus, I'm a huge Mushu fan(I mean who doesn't love the hilarious Eddie Murphy?) and live for the one liner's he delivered.

6. The Little Mermaid

I love the soundtrack for this movie, and all the fun characters. I love the fun characters like prince Eric(who is one of the hottest Disney princes), and poor old Sebastien. As I grow older the more I can relate to him!

7. Hercules

Even though this movie isn't 100% accurate on the mythological side, it's still one of my favourites. I freaking love the songs, and the Muses are awesome. It's a really fun movie that I can watch over and over again.

8. Beauty and the Beast

When I was really young this movie freaked me out, but now that I'm older I love it. I love the bromance between Lumiere and Cogsworth, the fun songs, and who doesn't envy Belle that magnificent library?

9. The Princess and the Frog

I love sooo much about this movie. Everything from the New Orleans setting, the delicious looking food, and the jazz inspired songs makes this movie one of my favourites. Also, I relate so much to Tiana and her determination to follow her dreams.

10. Tangled

From the moment I first watched this movie I was in love. I found myself memorizing the words to it, singing the songs, and laughing over all the funny scenes. Rapunzel's artsy antics were so relatable to how I am that she became one of my favourite princesses.

11. The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Picking a Disney movie that I consider my all time favourite is super hard for me because I love them all! However, when everything is considered The Hunchback of Notre Dame takes the cake. I love so much about this movie! I love the animation, the moving and dramatic soundtrack, and the wonderfully told story. I can sing the songs from this movie over and over again, and I never get tired of watching it!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
