There are times in life when all of us have needed words of encouragement and comfort. It is these words that will uplift us and provide the extra support we may need. There are numerous of verses found in the Bible that focus on strength. They not only push us to be strong in or faith, but they help us to remain strong whilst walking with Christ.

"I can do all this through him who gives me strength." - Philippians 4:13

"My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word." - Psalm 119:28

"But you, Lord, be not far from me. You are my strength; come quickly to help me." - Psalm 22:19
