The struggle of wanting homemade baked goods or an insanely good dessert but not wanting to take the time to actually bake them is relatable. Or maybe the fact that you aren’t a talented baker at all may have something else to do with it. But wait! I compiled 11 desserts that are so easy to make that anybody could bake them. No need to thank me, just buy the ingredients and enjoy some of the greatest and easiest desserts.
Cookie Candy Pizza
Here is a set recipe for this candy pizza, but it’s really much easier to make. You can just buy any cookie dough you want and bake as directed. When it cools just spread on Nutella as the sauce and then top with literally ANYTHING. From experience however, I would add Reese’s pieces, M&Ms, Twizzlers, marshmallows, mini Kit Kats, gum drops, mini cookies, and Swedish fish. But, that’s just me.
Dreyer's Super Sundae Brownie Bowl
This recipe combines two of the greatest things, brownies and ice cream. All you have to do it bake your brownies in a muffin tin, make one large indentation in the center to make them look bowl-like, bake as directed by the instructions, and then just fill it with ice cream!
Cake Mix Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
All you need are four ingredients: cake mix, oil, eggs, and peanut butter chips. Just mix everything together and bake in a pan as directed and there you have it!
3-Layered Cookie Dough Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Bites
This title may sound confusing and intense, but it’s honestly one of the easiest things to make. All you have to do it spread cookie dough on the bottom of a muffin tin, place a Reeses cup on top, and then prepare regular brownie mix which is then placed on top of the Reeses cup!
S’mores Panini
This is pretty much just a giant S’more made with bread instead of graham crackers. Just take two slices of bread and spread marshmallow flush on both sides. Then just place chocolate on top. Place in a Panini maker or toaster over and you’re good to go!
Two Ingredient Chocolate Mousse
This is the easiest thing on the face of the planet. All you need is a chocolate bar (preferred is good quality dark chocolate) and water! You just mix them together in a saucepan and then let chill over ice.
Easy Brownie Parfait
This is where you can get creative. As long as you bake brownies as directed (that is one of your layers) you can then choose a variety of things to be your cream layer. You can make instant pudding, use yogurt, or anything else you can think of. Add any type of candy as more layers or on the top, and you are done!
Cookie Waffle
OK, this is even easier than the two ingredient chocolate mousse. All you need for this one is cookie dough and a waffle maker. Just place balls of cookie dough in the waffle maker, spread them to cover the surface, and cook. Essentially you are eating straight cookie dough shaped like a waffle but who doesn’t want that?
Oreo Popcorn
All you need for this is popcorn, chocolate, and Oreo pieces that are crushed. Just melt chocolate and dump it on the popcorn so that it coats it evenly. Then just placed crushed Oreos on top and let it cool!
Dessert Bark
Just pour melted chocolate on parchment paper and add the toppings suggested or any of your own toppings. You can add pretzels, Oreos, candy, or anything you can think of. Then, just freeze it and you have a great dessert.
Cinnamon Roll French Toast
This one doesn’t have a written down recipe, but it's super easy! Just cut up Pillsbury cinnamon roll dough and set aside. In a new bowl combine 6 eggs, a ½ cup of milk, 2 teaspoons of vanilla, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and then wisk together. Spray cooking oil in a baking dish and place the cinnamon roll bites down. Then just pour the mixture on top. Add one cup of maple syrup across the entire thing then just bake on 375 degrees for 25 minutes! Then you can add icing if you want.
