Your best friend ditched you, your boss fired you, your boyfriend dumped you, or you just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Bad things happen all the time, but that doesn't mean that your day should be ruined. Even the happiest of people have a rough day, and it might seem like you can't catch a break.
