Summer is road trip season, and I'm a firm believer in having the perfect playlist for every occasion. Now, I understand that this can be a daunting task, but luckily for you, I've perfected it. Now when you're making a playlist for a road trip, it's very important that you choose songs that everyone knows but no one hates. Here are my top 10 songs that fit that description (In no particular order of course).

1. Ignition by R. Kelly

This is the only song that will ensure everyone is pumped up for your adventure and is guaranteed to have everyone singing and dancing along.

2. I Want It That Way by The Backstreet Boys

Prepare yourself for the dramatic hands flying all about as you and your friends belt this throwback.

3. Viva La Vida by Coldplay

I really don't think this song needs a reason. At all.

4. A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton

Might as well be thankful that you're driving the thousand miles instead of walking it.

5. Lose Yourself by Eminem

Whether you stumble over the words, slay it like a champion, or laugh about mom's spaghetti, this song will be a hit in the car.

6. Hollaback Girl by Gwen Stefani

Because now you know how to spell bananas..... B-A-N-A-N-A-S!

7. Drops of Jupiter by Train

This is just a necessity. No playlist is complete without it.

8. It Wasn't Me by Shaggy

Because who doesn't love singing along to this one?

9. Ain't No Other Man by Christina Aguilera

10 points to the friend that nails the vocal run in the beginning.

10. Little Lion Man by Mumford and Sons

Play this one at night with the windows down. You'll never forget that moment. Goosebumps guaranteed.

And if you're too lazy to make your own playlist:

Try Pandora's Summer Hits of the 2000s. It's gold.

Happy Driving (:

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
