3. Getting into fights with your friends from other states when they bring up how much they hate the Patriots. (We all know they're just jealous that we have an amazing football team.)

4. Having to explain how far you live from Boston to people who don't live in Mass in order for them to somewhat understand your location.

5. Trying your hardest to drive like a normal person after your friends make fun of you for "driving like a mass-hole."

6. Having to find synonyms for the word "wicked" after being scolded for using it too much in your vocabulary.

7. Getting told "wait if you're from Massachusetts how come you don't have a Boston accent?" Newsflash: Mass isn't just made up of Boston, it's simply just the capital and largest city in our state.

8. If you have ever waited over 20 minutes in line at Mike's Pastry just for their amazing canolis or other sweets, then you can check "being a mass-hole" off of your checklist.

9. Doing your best to bite your tongue and not roll your eyes when someone says, "Oh do you pahk yah cah in Havahd Yahd." Everyone knows you would get a ticket if you did that, come on now.
