10 Signs A Guy Might Be Into You

1. He takes the time to get to know your friends.

If a dude is trying to get to know your friends, that is a really good sign. Why would a guy get to know your friends better? Easy – he's trying to earn his acceptance with everyone that you're close with. I don't understand women at all, but I am pretty sure y'all seek acceptance from your closest friends every time a new guy comes into your life. Getting to know your friends is a very intelligent move to make.

2. He will actually make time for you.

Surprise, this one actually goes both ways! Any person – man or woman – will make time for anyone they are interested in. No one is "too busy" to hang out; that's a complete and utter lie. If you actually like someone, and you want to actually spend time with that person, you will make the time.

3. Eye contact.

If a guy is keeping eye contact the entire time during a conversation, he's actually genuinely interested and correct me if I am wrong, there is scientific evidence to back this up. I am no expert, but anyone that can actually pay attention gets some brownie points.

4. Paying attention to the small details.

This is one of the more obvious signs. If you briefly mentioned something longer than 1-2 weeks ago, and he brings it up in conversation, that's a very good sign. Guys will bring up a very small detail that they remembered from another conversation to show you that we were paying attention. You gotta give him the benefit of the doubt if he remembered a detail that was so brief.

5. The lean.

Pay attention when you're around another dude. Either in a very subtle or swift movement, a guy's body will eventually lean closer and closer to you. This happens naturally, and almost every guy cannot control this movement. It's a way of saying, "I want to get closer."

6. "Accidental touching."

This is another one of those rules that work both ways. This is a big sign, especially if this is going on for a prolonged amount of time. You can choose to fight it, or go along with it. That's completely your prerogative.

7. He's teasing you.

Remember in kindergarten when one of your parents said, "If a boy is teasing you, that probably means he likes you," Yeah, this one hasn't changed at all. If you didn't learn that lesson way back in the day, you just did now, hopefully.

8. The "indirect compliment."

You will run into some dudes that, for some reason or another, cannot compliment a girl directly, so he will figure out some ridiculous way to do it that over complicates things. Another term for this is called "beating around the bush," and to us, it's a very safe route to take – or so we think.

9. His looks and odor are way better when you're around.

Do I even need to explain this one? Please take a hint.

10. His eyes are on you in a crowded room.

Although this one is in the movies, this is a very true thing in real life, too. If he can block out every single person in the room just to find you, then he's either really interested in you or he's just being a straight up creeper.

Author's Note: These signs do not fully guarantee that a guy is interested in you. Feel free to use this article as a reference, but don't kill me when your so called "Prince Charming" finds someone else!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
