1. Hard Cider Sangria

Ingredients:

- 1 cup quartered and thinly sliced unpeeled green, yellow and red apple

- 1 navel orange—quartered and thinly sliced crosswise

- 1 cup apple juice, chilled

- 2 tablespoons fesh lemon juice

- 1/4 cup apple brandy

- One 22-ounce bottle hard apple cider, chilled

- Ice

2. Apple Bourbon Bellini

Ingredients:

- 3 apples, cored and cut into wedges

- 1-2 tablespoons water

- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- 6 ounces apple bourbon, such as red stag

- 1 bottle prosecco, (you'll have extra prosecco left for more drinks)

- 6 Ounces Sauza Blue 100% Agave Silver Tequila

- 3 Ounces Orange Liquor

- 8 Ounces Orange Soda

- 2 tbsp. Caramel

- 2 tbsp. cinnamon sugar

- 1 Cup apple cider

- 8 oz. caramel vodka

- 1 Pear, Diced

- 1/3 Cup

- Water

- 1/4 Cup Sugar

- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

- 1/8 Teaspoon Anise Seed

For the Cocktail...

- 1 1/2 Ounces Tequila

- 1 Ounce Lime Juice

- 3/4 Ounce Spiced Pear Syrup

- Ice

- 1 part spiced rum

- 1 part half & half

- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree per 4 oz of cocktail

Optional Garnish...

- Whipped Cream

- Cinnamon Stick

- Pumpkin Pie Spice

- 1 bottle Moscato wine

- 1/2 cup lemon liqueur (I used Caravella)

- Zest of 2 lemons

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (from two lemons)

- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, halved, and thinly sliced

- 1 Bartlett pear, cored, halved, and thinly sliced

- 1 can (12 ounces) seltzer
