For hopeless romantics like myself, there are certain movies that we will never get tired of. Within those movies, there are scenes that will always warm the heart and move a person to tears. Here's a brief list of my favorite romantic movie scenes that give me all the feels:
1. "Pride & Prejudice"
Mr. Darcy's struggle to profess his love for Elizabeth is so real. There is so much longing in this scene, and the rain just makes it so much better.
2. "Little Women"
The final scene of "Little Women" always makes me tear up. The words exchanged between Jo and the professor are short, but so sincere. For a final scene, this moment is fairly open ended, but there is something so special about it.
3. "The Sound of Music"
This is one of my favorite scenes from my all-time favorite movie. The dance shared between Maria and Captain Von Trapp is a moment of complete innocence, but at the same time, filled with so much love. This moment always captures my heart.
4. "Moulin Rouge"
A love song in a musical? Never gets old. "Moulin Rouge" is one of those movies that is filled with so much emotion, and this scene is definitely perfect for any hopeless romantic.
5. "Titanic"
This entire movie gives me the chills. There isn't one scene that I could pick out at the best. Jack and Rose's love is one of a kind, and it makes any hopeless romantic smile.
6. "The Notebook"
-There was no doubt that this scene would make my list. It never gets old. There is so much passion and love here. Also a very quotable moment.
7. "Dirty Dancing"
I absolutely adore this scene in "Dirty Dancing." Rumor has it that they completely improvised this scene, and just played off of each other during filming. So iconic, I love it.
8. "A Cinderella Story"
Hilary and Chad Michael Murray share this wonderful moment at the Halloween dance. My 2004 self always has and always will love this scene. So romantic.
9. "High School Musical 3"
After 3 movies, Gabriella and Troy finally kiss! Woohoo!
10. "Love Actually"
This is my all-time favorite scene from any romantic movie. The genuine emotion is infectious, and as my dad always says, "Man, that scene makes me cry."Lov
