Everyone has their favorite season, mine just so happens to be autumn. Between all the pumpkins and the cooler weather, what is there to not like? Here are some reasons why it is such an awesome season.

LEAVES

Need I say anything more? The beautiful scenery is one of the many reasons why I am so excited for the season. Plus it is fun to jump in piles of them, or hear the way they crunch beneath you.

Football

One of my absolute favorite things ever. In high school, nothing made me happier than Friday nights, and being in marching band.

Weather

Being in Texas we don’t really experience an autumn too much, but it’s a sweet relief of cooler days are just around the corner!

Pumpkin Patches

I used to volunteer at a pumpkin patch, and it is one of my favorite memories. I love anything pumpkin, especially if it involves cute pictures with cute scenery.

Pumpkin Spice Lattes

So the PSL is probably my absolute favorite drink at Starbucks, mostly because the flavor brings back so many wonderful memories. It taste great, and is around for a very short time.

Halloween

I loved Halloween growing up. What kid doesn’t want to trick-or-treat? Adult me loves Halloween because I can still have fun and dress up! It is such a fun holiday, and I love all the Halloween goodies that are in the store around this time.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are around the corner.


My absolute favorite holidays are Thanksgiving and Christmas. The holidays are such a joyous time, and everyone seems to be in such an awesome mood. Things are just so amazing between September and December.

Mornings


Autumn mornings just feel so crisp and delightful. Nothing beats a cup of coffee on a nice autumn day.

Caramel Apples

A fall treat that is so delicious it deserves its own space. When I had braces I couldn’t enjoy the delectable delicacy, so as soon as they were removed, I chowed down.

School

The nerdy side of me absolutely loves a new school year after so many months away. I love new school supplies, and new school clothes. I remember always comparing my schedule with all of friends, hoping we had the same classes.
