As a typical teenage girl, I wished for the day a celebrity would just ask me out on a date so I could be whisked into a world of glamor, fame and fortune. Sadly, we don't all get to live a fairytale ending. But here would be a few benefits of dating a celebrity:

1. Ruling the red carpet.

Who wouldn't love getting all dressed up like a mannequin and walking down with your gorgeous boyfriend or girlfriend?! All eyes are on you, and you look fantastic in the most expensive outfit you could never afford unless you hit the lottery.

2. Meeting other celebrities.

Of course you'd get to attend all the award shows that they would get invited to, but you'd meet all their famous friends at parties, dinners, and virtually anywhere.

3. Getting free stuff.

Having a famous beau or sweetheart obviously means free stuff. Chances are, your lover is the face of a company, which means he or she will receive cool mercy to flaunt and, by default, you'll get to embrace the brand as well and reap the benefits.

4. Sitting next to famous people at award shows.

You can pull an Ellen and take the best selfie of all time, or be like Benedict Cumberbatch and Jared Leto and photobomb like a pro. You, of course, would make a fool of yourself and sit in embarrassment next to these people for the next however many hours, but it's so worth it.

5. Having wonderful arm candy.

Being on the arm of someone so good-looking, especially a celeb, is a big plus. You automatically have bragging rights to the entire universe.

6. Going on extravagant dates.

Instead of just going to dinner, you can rent out a five-star restaurant and enjoy a string quartet playing a gorgeous background music to your five-course meal. But, that's thinking small. You can have a day trip in a private jet to anywhere in the country and embark on a fun adventure.

7. Keeping your lover grounded.

Just because your celeb date lives in the limelight, does constant interviews and is targeted by the paparazzi and media daily, doesn't mean he or she has to have a huge ego. Here is where you step in. You, being from the real world, could actually give a dose of reality because at the end of the day, not everyone has a personal makeup team, or a million dollar wardrobe. Even date nights could turn into a take-out and Netflix kind of night.

8. Never waiting for food.

You never have to wait in line at restaurants. Your significant other has already reserved the best table and prepared a four course meal that will blow your mind.

9. Never worrying about money.

Think about it, if your celeb date already paid for your food, chances are, he or she isn't going to have you worrying about other expenses. You could always ask to borrow money for rent or anything else.

Going on the best VACATIONS!

That vacation to Paris you've always been dreaming of? Sailing on a yacht through Italy? Hiking the mountains in Spain? Any vacation you've ever dreamed of, is now possible because your celeb S.O. can actually afford to pay for it. Not the worst thing in the world to backpack through Europe with your significant other. :P

So, if you ever were to end up dating, or even marrying a famous person, not only do you have a greater shot at finding true love and million dollar happiness, but you'd be living a dream that only few get to experience. I mean, minus the paparazzi, life would be pretty sweet.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
