Rainy days are the best, especially during the summer. After all those scorching hot days, a little bit of rain is what we all need. Some may find the rain gloomy and a little troublesome, but here are a few reasons to love these peaceful days:

1. Cuddle with pets.


Who wouldn't want to snuggle up with his or her furry best friend on these days.

2. Perfect reading weather.

The soft sounds of rain hitting the window as you dive into a literary world is the best experience ever.

3. The best sleep ever.

The rain is so soothing and can help almost anyone fall asleep quickly.

4. Movie time.

Now is the time to watch that movie you've been longing to see.

5. The world is a little more peaceful.

The rain seems to put the world at ease sometimes. It's almost like everything slows down a little bit.

6. Raindrops on flower petals.

Honestly, is there a more beautiful sight?

7. Warm beverages.

A nice cup of tea or coffee on a rainy day is excellent.

8. Playing in the rain.

Play, dance, skip and just have fun in the rain.

9. Do some thinking.

Sometimes the sound of rain can make us think about everything. It gives us a chance to clear our minds.

10. Rainbows.

Who could possibly hate a rainbow?
