For those who drive a manual car will know everything to love about their car and every little thing they hate as well. We all have this relationship with our stick shift at one point or another.

1. We are known as the cool kid of the group.

Everyone who gets in your car has the same reaction "Like, OMG you drive a stick? You soooooo have to teach me."

2. Teach me oh great one

People are forever asking you how did you learn. How do you drive it and treat you like some Kung Fu master.

3. You are a magnet, everyone is in love with you

Guys or girls, they are so attracted to you know since you look so badass pushing in one extra peddle and moving a stick around to make a car go faster.....

4. You are a drag racing King/Queen

5. You are a master of your car

You have every bit of control over your car. You tell it when to shift and you tell it when to break.

And hear are reasons why we want to let our cars magically roll down a hill and die in a firey explosion

6. Hills are your nightmare

When you have to come to a stop on an incline and you just sit there hoping that you can floor it hard enough.

7. Traffic makes you want to rip out your shifter

Stop and go. Constant shifting 1st to 2nd to 1st to 2nd. It drives you insane.

8. Tailgaters are the enemy

You have to love someone who sit literally 1 inch away from touch your car and just cross your fingers you don't roll back just enough to hit them while waiting to go.

9. Changing anything in your car is a nightmare

Its a disaster trying to change the AC or the radio while having to shift every 10 seconds it seems.

10. When your passenger attempts to shift for you

We all have that one friend who just wants to do the shifting and leaves you for the hard work of the clutch. Its a delicate process that they never seem to understand.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
