10 Plus Size Babes EVERY College Girl Should Follow On Instagram
Natalie Hage

With the Internet being saturated with accounts promoting diet-culture and fashion that does not cater to all bodies or body types. It's rare to find accounts that represent what it is to be a confident plus size woman.

In my years of scrolling through Instagram, I have managed to find some absolutely beautiful and inspiring women. From fashion inspiration to learning to accept the things that I am insecure about, seeing pictures of women who love themselves when they are being told not to was my biggest inspiration on my journey to loving myself.

Everyone already knows who Ashley Graham and Tess Holliday are, but there are so many other women that you should be following on Instagram.

So, here are ten other plus size babes to follow on Insta right now (no seriously like, right now):

1. Natalie Hage (@nataliemeansnice)

You might have seen Natalie Hage before, as recently she's been all over the media due to her being body-shamed on an airplane, but other than that, Natalie Hage is plus size and body positive blogger from Texas. She's very active in the body positive community, and her sense of style is ridiculously sexy.

2. Sarah Rae Vargas (@sarahhhrae)

YouTube star and single mother of two, Sarah Rae Vargas is a lifestyle inspiration. She's realistic as hell, and shows everyone the reality of her life, which I love about her. Her fashion sense is totally comfortable and realistic, and her no-fucks attitude is one of the most attractive things in the world.

3. Valerie Sagun (@biggalyoga)

Valerie Sagun is living proof that being fat does not make you unhealthy. She's a walking inspiration, showing that you do not have to be thin to be a yogi queen. She's a yoga teacher in San Jose, CA, and has also designed her own leggings with Bombsheller.

4. Jazzmyne Robbins (@jazzmynejay)

You've definitely seen this babe in Buzzfeed videos before. She's a blogger and video producer, and is not afraid to show off her body. Her confidence radiates into every part of her look, and her attitude is out of this world badass.

5. Anna, or "Glitter" (@glitterandlazers)

"Glitter", as she calls herself, is a YouTube fashion vlogger (and regular blogger) based out of New York City. She works in the fashion industry, and is not afraid to express her likes and dislikes about fashion. She reviews clothing and pieces honestly, and always says exactly what she is thinking. Her personality is as loud as her fashion sense; she's really an amazing woman.

6. Molly Clutts (@mollyclutts)

Molly Clutts is an independent makeup artist based out of Texas. Her fashion sense is southern-charm meets indie-babe. Her skills with makeup are out of this world much like her every day outfits and just general posts.

7. Jessica Kelley (@therealmrskelley)

This beautiful woman with a crazy poppin' highlight is an amazing makeup artist. Her Tumblr is linked here, and she's basically a Tumblr famous body posi queen. Her fashion sense, as well as her makeup, are absolutely impeccable. You seriously will not regret following this lovely lady.

8. Megan (@curves_curlsandclothes)

If her YouTube videos weren't fashionable enough, her Instagram is out of this world amazing. Megan has designated a lot of her online career with showing women that it is okay to love yourself, and you do not need anyone's validation to do so. Her fashion sense is sheek as hellllll. She dresses to show off her legs (which I do too, so naturally I'm in love with every outfit she has).

9. Crystal Coons (@sometimesglam)

OK, there is so so much that I love about Crystal Coons. She makes YouTube videos reviewing plus size clothing and brands, and her look-books are out of this world beautiful. She reviews modern brands such as Good American and BooHoo; she does them honestly and is never afraid to show off her body. Also, she travels a lot and her Insta is just generally aesthetically pleasing

10. Amanda Ramirez (@comptonsveryown)

This is the last Insta babe that I want to show you guys: Amanda Ramirez. Currently, she's kicking cancer's ass. Not only that, but she's doing it with fleek as fuck eyebrows and a sassy personality. Her outfits are always so, so, SO adorable, and she always looks comfortable. Honestly, I check her profile almost every day. She's such a beautiful human, and she's the strongest lady on Insta.

While there are so many more amazing women on Instagram that you should be following, I could only pick ten before this article got so long you wouldn't want to read it all, but give these ladies the follow they deserve or at least go and check out their Insta's.

Honestly, you won't be sorry.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
