I'm sure most of you guys are stressed in the last stretch of projects, essays, and exams before summer. The struggle of seeing the same old desk or wall where you've been cranking out calculations and words are agonizingly miserable; so here's a few places where studying doesn't sound like such a painful idea. May these unbelievable rooms be a motivation for you all.

1. I imagine this place to have a gentle breeze, with the sound of leaves so beautiful that it enchants you to study. The wooden floors near the windows look like a good place to read that one textbook.

2. For the more natural soul, this nook and cranny is literally the most relaxing place to finish up some work. No candles needed because the smell of brisk pine surrounds you. No music necessary, your orchestra, local larks and magpies are your friends. What a place to be in love with.

3. Sometimes the sun's love can get annoying, and sometimes the wind's tease is distracting because it loves to blow your papers around. At that point, I'd recommend you to head indoors into this wonder. It's a beautiful example of how you can escape the elements without really leaving.

4. Look, forget studying and gaze at this room's aesthetics-- we all want to live here... Actually, don't forget studying, because one day your hard work will pay off, and might just create an opportunity for you to call this impressive pad yours. Need I say much more?

5. Where this is? I don't know. But I do know that this is not your traditional studying hall. A splendor of natural light; be rest assured that you will not have an abominable eye strain like the ones you have at your local library.

6. Casual bedrooms often offer the best ambience for the brain. From your cerebral cortex to your gluteus, I know you wouldn't mind going over some notes in this bed. No distractions, no anxiety.

7. For all artists or those in dire need for a refreshing location. Start your work there at that table, now.

8. Sometimes getting away from civilization is good too. If only I can get away to exactly a place like this...

9. How hauntingly beautiful is this house? Truly a modern muse for literary notions. I have no doubt you will feel exceptionally motivated to surround yourself in knowledge once you step into this place, with grandiosity...

10. Ever wondered how long you've been daydreaming during your studies? Me too. Imagine how energizing this streamlined, concrete, and white lighted building will make you feel! Just don't get too distracted by all of its mesmerizing glory. No one tests you to look at the ducks on the lake... well, for most people...

In conclusion, you might be wondering, how much do these places cost to live in... But I honestly have no clue. Just know that hard work pays off, and perhaps you'll be able to call one of these yours.

Do your very best, always

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
