Let's just get right to it, show tunes are catchy and fun to listen to. This is a list of songs from musicals that I think people who claim to "hate" musicals would enjoy (even though I'm not so sure how you could hate musicals in the first place.)

Seasons Of Love - Rent


If you have never heard of Rent before then you must be living under a rock! You probably have most recently seen this song covered on James Corden's Karaoke Carpool with Lin-Manuel Miranda, Audra McDonald, Jane Krakowski, and Jesse Tyler Ferguson. It is a song that will for sure make you go "AWWWWWWWW".

My Shot - Hamilton

This song doesn't even need an explanation as to why it is so good because it is just THAT GOOD. It'll get you pumped and you will never ever throw away your shot at anything ever again!

Candy Store - Heathers


Honey, what are you waiting for?! Once you listen to it once it will be on your playlist for good.

One Day More - Les Miserables

This is honestly one of the best songs to sing along to in the shower. (You also probably heard this on the same James Corden's Carpool Karaoke mentioned above!)

You Can't Stop The Beat - Hairspray

A song everyone probably already knows but still just as catchy and good you will always find yourself singing along and even dancing along when this song comes on.

The B**ch Of Living - Spring Awakening

All you need to know is Bobby Mayler is the best and to hear the rest JUST LISTEN TO IT, YOU'LL THANK ME.

Defying Gravity - Wicked


99% of the population has attempted to sing this song in their car or shower, the other 1% are the lucky ladies who get to actually sing it for a living (and get paid for it!!!).

Hello! - The Book of Mormon

HELLO! How have you not heard this song yet and how have you not sung (or screamed) it with all of your friends in the car?!

Cell Block Tango - Chicago

Honestly probably one of the best revenge songs ever.

Bend And Snap - Legally Blonde

Now this is a song everyone needs to listen to and you would probably be lying if you said you didn't try out the bend and snap in real life. As Elle Woods says, it has real world applications.
