Ladies and Gentlemen, it’s time we have serious conversation about chocolate. Chocolate?! Yes, “They’re selling chocolate!”

Now that we have that out of our systems, let’s call to mind the most important occasions for which to have chocolate.

1.Movie Nights

It’s Friday night, and you just had a long week filled with assignments and classes. It’s time to kick the shoes off, lay back with some friends, and press play. Ice cream “Dibs” are perfect for these occasions.

2.Exams

Alright, you’re most certain that over half the class failed the exam. You may or may not have also failed, but that’s ok! It’s all over now and what’s done is done. Give yourself a pat on the back…and some chocolate! How about a nice mocha latte or frozen coffee drink.

3.Heartaches

Let’s skip the details. Let’s be real, everyone has emotions. Chocolate is your best friend. Brownies and chocolate ice cream are the things to grab.

4.Your Birthday

You made it around the sun again. It took a great deal of effort. Breathing is hard. Treat yo’self to some Twix, or a Hersey’s bar.

5.Payday

Your bank account was down to $4.56 before your paycheck came in. You’re still alive, I think that calls for celebration. “Chocolate shakes, anyone? On me!”

6.After that stressful class.

Well? You didn’t throw your chair at your professor for being a jerk. Have some chocolate!

7.You’re trying to be healthy.

Frozen aisle. Chocolate covered fruit. Its dark chocolate. That’s good for you, right?

8.Cold Days.

Hot Chocolate is essential. Grab a blanket, Netflix and your cup of hot chocolate because you’re not stepping out into that freezing weather. You don’t want to get sick, or even worse, die, do you?

9.Weddings

If they don’t have a chocolate fountain, what are you even doing? Just kidding. You’re being a good friend. But really though…Where’s the chocolate fountain?!

10.Just Because.

The most important occasion. You don’t care what society thinks about your eating habits, so you’re going to savor some chocolate because you simply craved it. Mad respect.

Chocolate is something many people have to lighten any mood. It makes everyone feel good. Don’t ever second guess yourself when you start to crave it.
