Many Disney movies are known and praised for their songs. While some songs were there from the beginning, many we're replaced by another song or just didn't make it into the movie. Here are just a few songs that didn't make it into their Disney movies.

1. "Beyond the Laughing Sky" (Alice in Wonderland)

This song was replaced by "A World of My Own." If you listen closely, you'll notice that the tune of this song is the same as "The Second Star to the Right" from Peter Pan. That melody was intended for Alice and this song, but as it was replaced, the tune was carried over to Peter Pan instead.

2. "One Dance" (The Little Mermaid)

This song was replaced by "Part of Your World" and the two are actually quite similar. The songs both convey how they want to be a part of Eric's world. However, this specific song, was more about sharing a dance with Prince Eric.

3. "I Can't Believe My Heart" (Hercules)

This song was meant to be sung by Meg, but she is not one to really sing a ballad. It wasn't very fitting to the character of Meg, which is most likely why it was cut from the film. Also, her solo song "I Won't Say I'm in Love" is quite similar and conveys the message that this cut song would have.

4. "If I Never Knew You" (Pocahontas)

While this song was played in the film during the credits, there was an intended version for Pocahontas and John Smith to sing in the film. There is an animated scene with it as well, and can be found on special editions of Pocahontas.

5. "Human Again" (Beauty and the Beast)

While this song was cut from the original film, it was restored in the Special Edition of Beauty and the Beast in 2002 and the Special Platinum Edition in 2010. This song is sung by the enchanted objects and was to take place as they were cleaning before the big ballroom/dance/date scene.

6. "Dancing on a Cloud" (Cinderella)

This song was meant to be during the ball, and is quite similar to the song "Do I Love You Because You're Beautiful" from Rodger and Hammerstein's Cinderella. Why was it cut? We're not really sure, but perhaps it is because there were already too many slower songs in Cinderella. This song can be found on special editions of the DVD.

7. "Someday" (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)

This song was played in the credits of this movie, but was originally intended to be sung by Esmeralda. However, "God Help the Outcasts" was deemed more fit to the movie's style and tone. While this may be true, there is a recording with the singing voice of Esmeralda, in special editions of this movie.

8. "Music in Your Soup" (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs)

This song was cut from the movie and was going to be used in the sequel back when it was in the work. But, the sequel, Snow White Returns, was cancelled as well.

9. "Humiliate The Boy" (Aladdin)

The first song was meant to be sung by Jafar and would've given him more of his own villain song that just the "Prince Ali (reprise)" he sang. It seems that it may have been cut because the song insinuates that Genie could grant an unlimited amount of wishes, which ended up being three in the final film.

10. "Proud of Your Boy" (Aladdin)

While this song didn't make the movie cut, it is a part of the Disney Broadway production of Aladdin. The reason it didn't make it into the film is that Aladdin's mother was cut and this song is meant to be sung by Aladdin with her in mind.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
