As 2019 comes to an end and 2020 rolls in, it's time to focus on the dreaded time of making New Years Resolutions. Here's 5 ways that help me keep mine.
1. Write Them Down
When you write them down you are telling yourself that this is what I am going to do.
2. Read Them Out loud
This is a form of affirmations. Make them, "I Will," statements to achieve your biggest goals.
3. Really Think About It
Don't write things like, "I want to lose 10 pounds." Do things more like, "I'm going to run a 5k this year without stopping."
4. Tell Them To Someone
This is a way of holding you accountable.
