So you just finished your favorite show on Netflix, now what? You're probably scrolling through each aisle trying to figure out what's good to watch or binge. Here are some shows and movies on Netflix that I recommend:

1. “Wilfred” (2011-2014)

"Wilfred" is a great show that originated in Australia and was adapted to American Television. Just as in the Australian version, the show stars Jason Gann as Wilfred. While in this version, the main protagonist Ryan is played by Elijah Wood. "Wilfred" is a show about Ryan, depressed lawyer who has a failed suicide attempt and is asked by his neighbor (love interest), to babysit sit her dog, Wilfred. But not everything is what it seems, while the whole world sees Wilfred as a dog, Ryan sees Wilfred as a man in a dog suit. The whole show revolves around Ryan trying to figure out if he’s insane and while trying to figure out what Wilfred really is, he keeps getting dragged into Wilfred’s crazy and intense shenanigans. The show consists of four seasons while each season leaves the viewer with tons of plot twists and philosophical questions, I highly recommend.

2. “Gerald’s Game” (2017)

If you’ve watched Stephen King’s "IT" (2017), you’ll surely love this. Gerald’s Game stars Carla Gugino as Jesse Burlingame and Bruce Greenwood as Gerald Burlingame. "Gerald’s Game" is about a couple trying to rekindle their marriage by going to a remote lake house to spend time together. However, things go awry when kinky sex between the couple suddenly causes Gerald to die while leaving Jesse handcuffed to the bed. The movie’s tone begins to become scary and creepy as Jesse is left alone with her thoughts and the struggle she has with trying to escape while experiencing hallucinations. From seeing weird demonic dogs to a creepy hallucination of a strange man. If you’re a fan of psychological thrillers or even a Stephen King fan, I highly recommend this film.

3. "We Need to Talk About Kevin" (2011)

Oh, man, do we need to talk about Kevin (pun intended), "We Need to Talk About Kevin" stars the talents of Tilda Swinton as Eva Khatchadourian and Ezra Miller as Kevin Khatchadourian. Eva had the life she’s always wanted, free and bohemian with her husband while working as a travel writer/publisher. That was until she decided to get pregnant, as the life of pregnancy was no easy task for Eva. As she begins to hate the thought of pregnancy and channeled that hate into her baby boy, Kevin grows up to be a fussy young boy spewing out insults and becomes a dangerous young man, until his final act takes things too far. This movie is honestly great, and it has great talent like John C. Reilly, Tilda Swinton, and Ezra Miller.

4. Any Marvel Superhero Movi

If you're like me, you're probably way into comics and superhero movies. However, you're probably still not caught up with any of the Marvel films and you're trying to before "Avengers: Infinity War" (2018), comes out. Check out the most recent of Marvel films on Netflix such as: "Captain America: Civil War", "Doctor Strange", and "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2."

Watching these films will not only satisfy your superhero and action film cravings but keep you one step closer to keeping up with the Marvel Cinematic Universe!

5. "9"(2009)

"9" (2009), for the edgy Tim Burton fan in us all. "9", is an animated film from the minds of Shane Acker and Tim Burton, about nine rag-dolls trying to survive in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by monstrous machines. As these sentient rag dolls are humanity's last hope for survival as they fight against the machine. The film stars Elijah Wood as 9, Jennifer Connelly as 7, John C. Reilly as 5. The movie is very dark and full of action and some scenes can be very scary or creepy. Nonetheless, this movie is a must see!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
