Whether it be for a certain group, singer, TV show, or even a book, we all have a fandom that we are part of. We pour our hearts out into these fandoms and they become a big part of our lives. Sometimes we cry hysterically over them, talk about them nonstop, or even tweet them a hundred times hoping they will tweet back -- whatever makes us happy, right? I am in One Direction's fandom, and even as I am now in college I am still in love with them, and I am not afraid to shout it from the rooftops. There are reasons beyond reasons we Directions love One Direction, and things beyond things we do to show our love to them, but I don't want to keep you "up all night," so here are just a few. Enjoy!

1. You eat carrots because Louis Tomlinson likes girls who eat carrots.

2.You don't eat with a spoon because Liam Payne is afraid of spoons.

3. You say "Vas Happenin Boys?" whenever you get the chance.

4. When somebody asks you what comes after "one," you say ... "Direction."

5. You name every pigeon Kevin.

6. Your only dance moves are pat the dog, screw the bulb, and directing traffic.

7. You love to do the 1, 2, 3, flick.

8."Swag Masta From Doncasta."

11. You watch "Toy Story" because it's Liam Payne's favorite movie.

12. You know who Daddy Direction is.

13. You want to go to Nando's because Niall Horan likes going there.

14. It's impossible for you to have a conversation without mentioning or thinking about them.

15. You know why July 24, 2010, at 8:22 p.m., is important.

16. You watch their video diaries over and over again.

17. Someone tells you to shut the door and you automatically start singing "Moments."

18. You know that Louis' and Niall's solos are perfection.

19. Someone mentions the name Harry and you think Styles and not Potter.

20. You know in your heart that Larry Stylinson is real and you totally ship it.

While Zayn broke our hearts and One Direction is now on a break (for a year, ugh), they don't always hesitate to connect with us via Twitter and other various social media pages. These boys, who are beautiful on the inside and out, are so compassionate toward their fans. This isn't just a fandom. it's like a big, happy family. I am so proud to be a Directioner and I am certainly not afraid to admit that I am! Once a Directioner, always a Directioner! To all the Directioners out there, I hope this article replaces the hole in your heart, at least until Niall, Louis, Liam, and Harry get together again! Who knows -- maybe Zayn will make our hearts whole again someday! We can only dream, right?
