Finals are over, family members are coming into town (the ones that you're trying to avoid) and you're extremely bored. Have no fear Netflix is the best cure for the winter break blues.

Television:

1) Once Upon a Time

All your favorite childhood fairy tails all grown up.

2) Parks and Recreation

The funniest show ever created... And um Chris Pratt.

3) Sons of Anarchy

This show will make you feel like you are a part of the MC.

4) The Office

OMG! OMG! If you like dry humor this show is for you!

5) Shameless

This show will make you feel so much better about your family.

6) Gilmore Girls

Maybe way to addicting, I used to hate this show but now I'm obsessed.

7) Scrubs

You don't even have to watch this from the beginning just pick an episode and go!

8) The Walking Dead

I don't think I need to say much about this... even my mother likes it.

9) Gotham

I just recently started this but I can't stop watching it!

10) Cutthroat Kitchen (or any Food Network show)

Make sure you hurry up and watch these because rumor has it, Netflix is losing it!

Movies:

1) How to Lose a Guy in 10 Day

I personally was so excited to see this on Netflix because when I had it on DVD I wore it out!

2) 10 Things I Hate About You

Shakespear meets Heath Ledger... OMG!

3) Clueless

Like totally a classic

4) Failure to Launch

That young Bradley Cooper, though!

5) The Santa Clause

One of my favorite Christmas movies! You can actually watch this on repeat!

6) The Fundamentals of Caring

This is a perfect combination of funny and sad, easy to get into!

7) Heavyweights

Just recently watched this... 5 times... Older Disney movies are my favorite.

8) Superstar

This movie always makes me laugh and it being a Catholic school they go to makes it that much better.

9) White Chicks

This movie will have you crying because you'll laugh so hard.

10) Minions

It's not just for kids you guys.

There is a countless number of television shows and movies that are just perfect for cuddling up on your couch/bed in your oversize pjs and a cup of coffee (or wine).

Have a very Happy Holiday Ya'll!!!

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
