Who in this generation hasn't watched John Mulaney? If not, lucky you, Netflix (and probably Youtube) have recorded his shows for easy accessibility for those who literally cannot pay for a show ticket (either broke, a college student, or most likely broke!). Either way, whether you've watched him or not, he has got to be the comedian that is the most relatable to this generation. Or this is also just an excuse to share GIFs of Mulaney's funniest sayings.

1. Adult life... not as great as it sounds...

It honestly is. There's cooking, laundry and maybe even school you still have to go through? Weird.

2. We're all introverts.

Okay, don't try heroin though. Let's not be the generation that is hooked on heroin, okay? We would all rather be in bed watching Netflix. And eating ice cream. And that's about it.

3. Our social media presence

When we don't get a +200 views/likes on our Instagram. Or when we don't want to upload a photo because of the "aesthetic".

4. We honestly prefer cats/dogs to kids.

You see those middle schoolers across the street? Yup you turn around and walk the other way because you do not need that negativity right now.

5. He went to college...annnnd hated it.

We're all honestly paying too much for college. And for what? For the $60+ sweatshirt and a college degree that probably won't matter in 10 years?

6. Don't we all think of Trump as a really dumb horse?

Who honestly let the horse into the hospital? AKA who voted for Trump, it's okay turn on your location, I just want to talk.

7. We're all somehow disappointing our fathers.

His dad said this to him and if this doesn't describe a lot of millennial relationships with their parents (aka the whole older/generation Y people in general), then I don't know what does.

It's officially December. There is less than a month of 2024, and I still feel like yesterday was summer. Now comes the merriest time of the year, the Christmas season.

Everyone has been waiting for this time of year since mid-October (which is way too early, in my opinion) or before. It's a time of love, family, memory-making, and gift-giving. A lot of times when I ask friends and family what they want, I get a lot of "I don't know" or "I don't care."

Find excitement in your life and start exploring wherever you are right here, right now.

I was sitting at my cubicle, now that I am an adult, looking at the rain pouring down on the windowsill, bumming on life, wishing for the rain to just stop for a full day.

There are moments where we count down the hours until work is over and how many more days till the weekend, and this many weeks until something exciting. Or something like that? Well, I was bumming because my next day off from work is not until Memorial Day weekend, which is not until the end of May. And since this is my first year out of college being a “real person,” I am totally missing the winter, spring and summer breaks. I am sure all of us have felt this way even if just for a hot minute…

If you go to or went to Kent State, then more than likely you have done or will do some of these things.
