What Your Nail Color During the Holidays Says About You

It's that time of year again! Whether you think it's the most wonderful or not, there's no arguing that the holidays are a time to let your inner fashionista free and participate in all things holly and jolly. Last year we were talking reindeer boobs, this year we're talking nails. There's always something new to make bright red and green.

Red

Traditional but a little saucy, that's exactly what you are. Red lipstick isn't too far down in your makeup bag because you are all about making statements.

Green

Red and green go hand in hand, but green's just that much edgier than a traditional red. That's you all the way. Edgy and unafraid to be different.

White

You're a gentle soul who's all about participating, but you don't have to be the center of attention to be happy. Rock on.

Glitter

FUN! Need I say more? You like more, more, more, and you're not afraid to be a little flashy.

Accent nails

Red nails are one thing, but red nails with a little gold thrown in the mix? You're a little indecisive, but only because you care about so many things! Keep up the passion, firecracker.

String light nails

Nothing's more fashionable than these colorful and sleek decorations. You're just as trendy and chic as these tips.

Santa Claus nails

Ho ho ho! You're classic, just like the old man in red. While you like to have fun, you're also pretty grounded and like to keep traditions alive.

Reindeer nails

What's more fun than a couple of red-nosed little guys decorating your hands? You like to be goofy and you're not afraid to show it.

Snowflake nails

Simple and classy, just like you. You want to be festive, but not TOO festive. Balance is key to someone who goes for these tips.

No Sex And Upstate New York

A modern-day reincarnation of Carrie Bradshaw's classic column

Around the age of 12, when I was deciding whether or not to be gay, Satan appeared on my left shoulder. “Ramsssey,” he said with that telltale lisp. “Come over to our side. We have crazy partiessss.” He made a strong case, bouncing up and down on my shoulder with six-pack abs and form-fitting Calvin Kleins. An angel popped up on the other shoulder and was going to warn me about something, but Satan interrupted- “Shut up, you crusty-ass bitch!’ The angel was pretty crusty. She disappeared, and from that moment forward I was gay.

Senior Year Is Here And I Am So Not Ready For It

I was you not that long ago. I was once an eager freshman, a searching sophomore, and a know-it-all junior. Now? Now I am a risk taker. Not the type that gets you in trouble with your parents, but the type that changes your future. Senior year is exciting. A lot of awesome things come along with being the top-dog of the school, but you, right now, are building the foundation for the next 4 years that you will spend in high school. I know you've heard it all. "Get involved", "You'll regret not going to prom", "You're going to miss this". As redundant as these seem, they're true. Although I am just at the beginning of my senior year, I am realizing how many lasts I am encountering.

Why Driving Drives Me Crazy

the highways are home

With Halloween quickly approaching, I have been talking to coworkers about what scares us. There are always the obvious things like clowns, spiders, heights, etc. But me? There are a number things I don't like: trusting strangers, being yelled at, being in life or death situations, parallel parking. All of these are included when you get behind the wheel of a car.
