1. Bungee Jump.- I'm not afraid of the height, I'm afraid of the jump.
2. Speak without a script.- For some reason, I could speak to millions and not be afraid as long as I am reading from something. If I have to freely speak without having anything to read from, it's game over.
3. Remind everyone of my intelligence.- I fear sharing my ideas because of rejection. I know I have so many great ideas for different things. My irrational fear becomes too much sometimes though that I won't even answer a question in class, yet I know my answer is correct.
4. Feeling Alone.- I need my "Me Time" as anyone should prioritize. That's not what I'm referring to though. I'm talking about being alone for everything, or no one caring, (this is irrational though as well).
I think it's important to be open about our fears. It's a step closer to overcoming them. Many individuals have an abundant amount of fears. How to deal with them? That's different for everyone. As for me? I have to literally tell myself, "Shut Up And Just Do It!!". Of course this may not work for everyone, but it's how I have overcome so many fears- much more than what is on this list.
