We tend to love our dogs more than most people, so it makes sense that reuniting with them after being away for so long can cause some overwhelming emotions. After dealing with copious amounts of stress and emotional breakdowns, being reunited with your dog/child can make everything feel alright again.

Sometimes we say some things that may seem a bit dramatic, but our overwhelming love for our pets is very real. Words just don't describe our love for them and how much we hurt being separated from them for so long.
